Deleting your data

Applies to the Android app “Parchis Online”

Parchis Online has no accounts. There is no name, e-mail or password anywhere — online play uses a random anonymous identifier that exists only on your device and on our game server, and is linked to nothing else about you.

The simplest way

Uninstall the app. The anonymous identifier is stored only on your device; uninstalling destroys your copy of it permanently. From that moment, nothing on our servers can be connected to you — what remains are orphaned match records containing a random ID and board moves.

Requesting server-side deletion

If you also want the server-side match data associated with your anonymous identifier removed, email fastposting7@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”. Because the identity is anonymous, we may ask you to confirm from the device (for example, by sharing the code of a private game you created) so we delete the right records. Requests are honored within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• The anonymous authentication record on Firebase.
• Match documents in which your identifier participated, once those matches are finished.
• Presence heartbeat records.

Settings such as theme and language never leave your device, so they are deleted automatically when you uninstall the app.
