Terms of Service

These terms apply to the mobile game “Parchis Online” (the “Game”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to them.
1. The Game is free
The Game is free to play. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no wagering, no stakes and no prizes of any monetary value. Nothing in the Game can be bought, won or lost except the match itself.
2. License
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play the Game on Android devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial use. The underlying board game (Parchís / Pachisi) is a centuries-old public-domain game; this specific app, its code, artwork, sounds and branding are the property of the developer.
3. Fair play
- Do not attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with network traffic, or interfere with matches or the service.
- Online matches use turn deadlines. If you stop playing, your overdue turns are played automatically so other players are never held hostage; leaving a match counts as forfeiting it.
- Abusive or fraudulent use of the online service may result in access being restricted.
4. Online service
Online multiplayer is provided on a best-effort basis. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend or discontinue the online service. Offline play is unaffected by service availability.
5. No warranty
The Game is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published at this address. Continuing to play after a change constitutes acceptance.
