Online match won't connect

Online play needs an internet connection — check Wi-Fi or mobile data and try again from the lobby. Offline play (vs AI or pass-and-play) always works without any connection.

I lost connection during a match

Your seat is kept. Reopen the app, go to Play online, and tap Rejoin your match. While you were away, only turns whose timer expired were played automatically — you were never kicked.

Are the dice really fair?

Yes — and you can check. Every roll comes from a cryptographically secure random generator: your device's secure RNG offline, the server's secure RNG online. Tap the chart icon during any game to see the live histogram of every roll in that match. AI difficulty changes decision-making only; it cannot touch the dice.

Am I playing against a human or an AI?

Online opponents are real people, with one honest exception: if no human joins your quick match within a few seconds, an opponent labeled AI joins so you never wait. It is always shown as AI — never disguised as a person.

How do private games work?

Create a code game in the online lobby and share the 6-letter code with a friend. Anyone with the code can join until the room is full. Private rooms never get AI players.
